What is happening? A child threw a tantrum and broke things, then was handcuffed by the po-po
What did happen? Principal took a bookshelf to the leg. Kid got handcuffed.
What are the consequences? Parents think the cops had no place there. and the kid's suspended until August.
What is different about this? A 6 year old was handcuffed
